In addition to her business and consulting career, Antoinette has academic experience working as a lecturer in Human Resource Planning and Teachers and Trainer programmes for International Cambridge Examinations.

She is a Certified Co-Active Coach, a programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Antoinette has over 300 hours of coaching expereince and has coached a range of leaders, from senior Executives to high potential managers. Her current work in organisations focuses on encouraging individual performance in order to achieve clearly defined business results. Her specialty is effectively working with individuals to become engaged in their work and to align their values to that of the organisation in order to affect business outcomes. Antoinette enjoys working with people that embrace change and see development as an opportunity to grow.
Antoinette is A& B level certified by the BPS to administer psyschometric assessments which includes SHL products and MBTI and is also accredited in the administration and application of the Apollo® Profile Career Assessment Instruments and Profiles International Instruments.
Antoinette’s 5 years of experience in organisational development and design consulting includes Remuneration Surveys with Mercer Human Resource Consulting in Dubai. Her experience of over 10 years in Learning and Development includes a variety of projects with different organisations including leadership and management training, human resource related training and development and competence assessment. Her work in organisational development and design includes competency framework development and profiling, restructuring, organisational assessment and design and implementation of performance management programmes.
Antoinette is presently a member of the British Psychological Society.
Antoinette holds a M.Sc. in Organisational Psychology and also a Hospitality Management Diploma. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor in Psychology, Sociology and Criminology.
Antoinette is a highly effective facilitator and has been very well regarded by her clients for her pragmatic, straightforward, ‘no fuss’ approach, and for her ability to communicate effectively and engage learners. Antoinette has designed, developed and delivered a variety of programmes from leadership development to behavioural and technical skills training.
