Teenagers Leadership Program (TLP)
“TODAY’S TEENS - TOMORROW’S LEADERS”
Program Overview
Ideally, we choose to build a community where young people and adults unite to create a positive, progressive environment. Unfortunately, the modern dynamics of society often confuse and bewilder the youth of today creating challenges that teenagers often find difficult to overcome.
Teens are influenced by other teens. The "leaders" of various peer groups have an impact whether "good" or "bad" on their peers. These teens are the future leaders of our community, and Wideview wants to help develop today’s teens into tomorrow’s leaders. We are aware that lots of teenagers face many problems when dealing with other people, building trust, or even making friends.
Through our training centre at Knowledge Village, wideview offers a modern youth education facility with strategic coaching and guidance programs in the areas of adolescent development. We have specifically designed and implemented a new, innovative and interactive TEENS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM that not only promotes self development and confidence but provides teenagers with the necessary leadership skills to take charge of their future. This course has been custom designed to meet the needs of the youth of today and assist them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
We present a fresh, vital and meaningful program that preserves traditional values while teaching the latest leadership principals. The latest information, research, techniques and methodologies are combined in each session to make it an exciting, interactive program that your child will want to attend.
This TEENS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM will assist participants to become strong mentally and physically and provide the necessary
